Open News Letter to the residents of Dolphin October 24th 2010 from Fergus Finlay, Chair of Dolphin House Regeneration Board
Dear resident,
The planning for the much-needed regeneration of Dolphin House is starting off at a serious level in the coming months. You the residents, decided in 2008, that you wanted complete regeneration in the Dolphin Decides consultation. Since then the Public Private Partnership way of delivering regeneration like in Fatima has gone bust. As you are only too well aware the economic situation has worsened further. Despite this it is important that we develop a full 'Masterplan' for the regeneration of Dolphin House and Park so that when funding comes available Dolphin is ready to go.
