Dublin city council survey

28 Jun 2011

DEAR RESIDENTS OF DOLPHIN HOUSE AND PARK,

Dublin City Council are visiting every flat in Dolphin House and Parkto check for mould, dampness, sewage, smell and general maintenanceconditions of the flats. Dublin City Council say they are doing thissurvey in order to be able to put a plan together for addressing theproblems.

THEY ARE DOING FLATS No 1 to 56 THIS WEEK

As you know we have been working hard on the human rights campaign toget the City Council to improve the dampness and sewage problems in Dolphin. We think that is really important that you bring the CityCouncil worker into your flat and tell them ALL the problems in theflat: - Make sure you tell them all the conditions of the flat - it isimportant so they see the serious problems in dolphin. - It is really important that you tell them if you have had sewageback up in sinks, baths, smells, dampness, mould or condensation inthe last six months, even if it is not there now. You only need to tell them information about maintenance problems. Itis not for any other purpose. Ann, the community maintenance worker will be available to be with youwhen the council worker calls. If you want that then contact Ann in the Portacabins at 01 4544682

Thank you Dolphin Human Rights Group (Rialto Rights InAction)
