Regeneration/Maintenance Residents Committee
The Regeneration/Maintenance Residents Committee which is currently being re-established is similar to the block groups set up in 2009 It will act as a link between the residents, the Dolphin House & Park Joint Regeneration Board and the Dolphin Alliance which will allow for information and ideas to be shared that will inform the regeneration process and assist in responding to maintenance and other issues on the estate.
It is the space for residents to come together and discuss the issues that are affecting them. This includes day-to-day issues (including maintenance and housing etc.) and the regeneration plans for Dolphin House and Park. It is to ensure that residents and their issues and concerns are central to regeneration and their estate.
